I hope its not bad to expand with that device i guess we will see. my upper teeth are pretty majorly retroclined i think the difference will be incredible i hope. when i put my jaw where i envision it to be i look twice as attractive, hopefully itll help with my airway and posture as well.
How has it been so far?
@darkindigo he said it was some retainer removable appliance its just supposed to expand the uppepr front arch which i badly need due to retroclined teeth gosh i hope nothing bad happens

thanks for the reply! maybe your a magic genie!!... or maybe just the devil in disguise... But anyways all i know is it a removable appliance that i adjust each week and it supposed to expand my upper front pallete i hope it goes well. Mewing for me fixed my terrible bruxism and sleep apnea i agree it can fuck up things if you do it wrong but if you do it how your supposed to its good.
