Recently I had a tongue tie surgery but I font think the doctors were very knowledgeable on them because afterwards they stitched up the wound instead of just leaving it like I see in other videos. I still stretched after surgery and I had gained more ROM with my tongue but due to the stitches and my oral appliance my tongue wasnt able to be extended across the whole palate because my device blocks out the anterior part of the pallete so it gives my tongue less space. But I realized that stretching it really does help and if it wasnt for the stitches I believe i would have retained more of that ROM. Ever since it has slowly been growing back. I would say atleast 60% of the tie has grown back unfortuneatly but I still have gained a bit of mobility which will help with mewing
