Mandibular Symphyseal Distraction Osteogenesis - Providers

Hello,

I have an extremely narrow lower arch and am looking to expand via it distraction osteogenesis, do you guys know of providers that offering this to adults?

I am 20yrs with class two bite

We seem to be on very similar paths. I'm interested in doing this in case my upper arch is already too wide for MSE in comparison to my lower arch.

However, the admittedly little research I've done on this procedure suggests that it seems to require rather cumbersome external tubes:

PS: In case Distraction to widen the mandible is out of the question, what are your thoughts on appliance-based widening of the mandibular arch, such as the trombone appliance?

Granted, they won't widen the mandible bone itself, but widening of the arch is possible as far as I have it understood.
