The last 1.5 years my face has elongated or rotated down. This is because of craniofacial dystrophy, bad forward head posture? And i also have poor facial symetry because of scoloiosis made worse by "exessive growth" i suppose. This is what i think has happend, as i never really mouth breathed.

I am very unsure wether my palate is narrow or not. I can fit most of the tounge in terms of width (and it touches the teeth at the sides). But i cant get all of my tounge in the back of the palate bacause then it blocks the airway. Will the airway expand eventually or do i have to keep pushing it back there and not being able to breath untill it expands? my palate is kinda diagonal.

My eyesupport and cheekbones has gotten alot worse, my maxilla is longer and flatter and my jaw angle is very bad and i have a bad antigonial notch

I think this is what has happend to me:

Anyways im just wondering what mewing is most beneficial for me, do i need appliance or expander? I've never had any orthodontics work done. If i could somewhat shorten my midface by pushing/rotating/remodeling the maxilla up and forwards that'd be great. And also kind of push or remodel the cheekbones up and forwards for better eye support.

Where and how should i have the tounge?

Can i achieve atleast some results, a little bit shorter midface since i still have jaw growth left?

As of a couple of weeks ago im 18. If there is anything i've missed or if you need some more info please tell. Any answers would be helpfull. Below are pictures. I just want to go about this the right way, similar cases?

Well thanks, thats nice. But i relaize now that the lightning makes the jaw look alot better than it is in real life. + The other side looks waaaayyy worse

But can you see how the jaw has kinda gone down and back? And rotated downwards and how flat my maxilla is?

Do you know if i need any form of expansion or appliance based on these pics. I once talked to an orthropics dentist about this and he told me that the upper jaw could be expanded to stimulate growth following the mandible. But he stopped answering my emails when i told him that i wouldn't be able to consult him based on where i live.

Will my airway expand naturally? And what changes can i excpect to see. Since the jaw has gone back will it come forward?

Start with tongue posturing. Devices are cool but most of the work should be done by us assuming good posture. Not by devices .
