I have now found correct swallowing technique. My muscles are not doing the sucking motion any more. But a new problem has risen. I am swallowing air and that causes burbing. Very unpleasent. Am I doing something wrong?
I just want you to know the title really made me laugh. Not that there is anything with your topic but it just that there was a wild collection of topics recently relating mewing and cfd to every imaginable health condition. Your condition is actually very valid.
I think you might be keeping your mouth open while swallowing and this is sucking air along with the food. If you are not noticing that you can try recording yourself while eating to see if you are opening your mouth unconsciously.

No, I am not keeping my mouth open. Air probably goes through my nose
If I am not mistaken the air passage from the nose gets blocked when you engage swallowing.

Yes, I think you are correct but where the air comes from then?

Your mouth is not a vacuum. You likely end up swallowing some of the internal air of the mouth. That is a fairly common problem with narrow arches.
