Something about mewing i dont understand, if you use the Tongue to expand your palate how does the lower palate expand?
For me, correct swallow helps apply pressure to my lower palate. I’ve also read that the lower palate will expand to match the upper palate as it expands. I haven’t experienced this.

This is rare on this site, most people just hope that their lower palate will expand laterally and it does not. There is also little suggestion that tipped in lower molars are a problem. Do you have any thoughts as to what you have done to bring about this change?
im still a teen so results come quicker, i still mew with a passion and im always self consious about my
posture
chewing should help too bc there is a positive correlation with bigonial & bizygomatic width and masseter csa.
