I'm following Dr. Mew on YouTube and found a video where he talked about palate expanders, advising not to use rapid expansion so as not to have damage.
Unfortunately, I am not a native English speaker, so I did not understand if he was referring to children or this device can also be effective for adults.
Is there any video in particular in which he El does aborate on the matter?
