MSE vs NCR+RPE

At first I thought about an acrylic RPE from braces shop and then a sagittal expander for maxilla forward growth. But doing a little more research, I realized that at 18 years of age, most osthodontists opt for an MSE, which is much more complicated (almost impossible) to handle if you buy it online as I had planned. The thing is that I recently learned about the Cranial release and NCR technique. And I was wondering what would be more convenient. Or rather, at 18 years old, I can achieve drastic or important skeletal expansion by combining NCR and RPE

NCR could be your first step to getting cranial bones unjammed / moving again. WBB can also achieve this but NCR is a good quickstart to getting things moving. In any case you should practice WBB, and also see if you can get some NCR done.

You can't do MSE/RPE type stuff online, a really good professional is needed

So definitely begin with WBB and NCR, and regarding the best MSE/RPE if you decide to go that route, JawHacks YT/Discord/Personal consult is the best to find a local practitioner or know who to fly to if you can
