Has anyone truely perfected the art of night mewing? I know for a fact that i do not mew at night, each time i wake up my mouth is slightly open (2 milimeters or so). Is there a way to correct this and apply constant upward/forward force overnight? Or is it just something we need to accept that we will always perform subpar mewing overnight?

I think over time as you sleep proper chin tucks are prone to slipping, especially if you are on your side.

Best thing you can do is strengthen your tongue as much as you can. When it gets strong enough it presses against the palate with little to no effort. Jaw strength is important too but not as much
