So i have a couple of questions:
I can still notice my face growing, when will it stop?
If i fix my posture trough yoga, working out and neck exercises, will this give me more forward growth and grow my chin, widen my face, stop the lenghtening of my face, forward my maxilla? And could this be done while my face is still growing?
How is mewing supposed to be done, should teeth touch? Should tonge be in the "back roof" or the "front roof" of the mouth?
And does mewing even work? Are there any solid evidence?
And please by all means please correct me if ive gotten something wrong, and please share with me any information regarding what i should do, i am deseperate to try to get a properly grown healthy face.
1. effectively never. bad posture only gets worse over time. it may slow down but it always occurs.
2. those exercises are for toning your muscles and while they are good and you ought to do them, they won't necessarily fix your problems, only make the process easier. fixing posture is the most important thing. research proper posture for sitting, standing and sleeping and oral posture. In particular =; mckenzie chin tucks, proper swallowing, nasal breathing and mewing. All these things basically revolve around having the tongue on the roof of your mouth which overtime pushes the maxilla upwards + forward and widens the palate. This fixes long face.
3. most important thing about mewing is the back of the tongue pushing on the back of the palate. if you feel with finger, it's the area that feels soft. you want to be covering as much of the soft palate and hard palate as you can. front of palate i.e nearer to teeth is worth doing too but not as vital. when you swallow and you feel the back of your tongue hit the top back of your mouth is what you want to be doing at all times. teeth should be in light contact.
4. yes there is tons of user evidence. go look at the 2nd subforum on this site and the Assorted Stories thread
here's the thing: you are significantly younger than most of us here. your bones are still likely developing and that makes it substantially easier to get results faster. it's been shown that people who are still physically developing have a much easier time with this very tedious shit.
you need to learn all you can about doing oral posture properly as soon as you can and make the most out of it so you can have good results likely before you hit 20, maybe a bit later.

When you say widening of the face, do you mean just widening of jaw an cheekbones? Or will this increase the distance between my eyes and stretch out my nose and so on?
And are you saying i cant fix my back posture to stop my face from growing in lenght, and start growing forward?
I cant have my face growing any longer the only thing that saves my face right now is that there is 50% 50% proportion between lower face and middle face, and the fact that i have decent distance between eyes.
when you expand your palate horizontally by sideways tongue forces, the jaw which is connected to the maxilla follows it; i.e a wider inter molar width = wider maxilla = wider lower jaw. the cheekbones will also follow this movement as well I believe.
when your palate expands upwards i.e your maxilla going upwards this too means that the lower jaw is dragged along with it, being pulled up over time. strong jaw muscles are also responsible for stopping the jaw melt downwards over time. people who don't mew and have their mouth open are WAY more susceptible to jaw melt/recession than people who don't mew and have their mouth closed (in my estimation) I've been in the later camp all my life and my recession is not awful (I don't think) at least compared to my similarly aged family member who is a mouth breather.
fixing your body posture is going to help have better quality of life all around. you should be doing it regardless of your face but yes, good overall posture will aid you in getting the results you want faster or at least more consistently.
i'll reiterate: master mewing, do plenty of jaw and tongue exercises with gum for about an hour a day. practice proper body posture and do mckenzie chin tucks all day.

I agree with this. Closing my mouth and breathing through the nose led to my aunt commenting that my jawline had improved back when I was 16. Up until that point I had been "hybrid breathing" with nose and mouth.
