I found this comment under the YouTube video of dr. Mew about the deep bite:
"For people struggling with a deep bite I reccomend a push on the anterior part of your maxilla everytime you swallow and jutting your jaw slightly forwards where you push your upper incisors forwards with your lower incisors. Also make sure to chew forwards which is when you are pushing your upper teeth forward as you chew".
He says this method worked for him, but he doesn't specify the age. For those interested, I also attach the link to Dr. Mew's video:
what he did was also apply upwards push on the anterior which improved which and i also talked about this in my post
