So I recently started working on correcting my posture. No results yet but I know it takes time of course.
My concern is the limitations I can have in regards to my CW maxilla. Can you only get as far as your maxilla will allow you? Meaning can you even adopt proper neck posture when you are so retruded and need to have the airway open.

Your maxilla is not going to completely limit you from making postural improvements, but it will influence your ability to maintain them.
