This is the third topic i start now about changes in Meganxroses, someone who made a video and posted on youtube about her changing her bone structure by changing her tongue posture. Its because im trying to think of different possibilities that could have caused the change: thinner longer nose, cheekbones more forwards, bigger eye sockets and i assume then, less deep. These are the changes my wishfull thinking sees in her face, happens to be the changes i would like to see in my face, not desperatly but preferably.

So my hypothesis is that her bone structure actually changed in the ways i just described. I dont see why i would assume that its impossible or just because my thinking is wishfull there is no chance of it being possible, so i take on this hypothesis in my personal exploration. And i try to figure out what might have caused the change. It could be tongue posture, it could be the specific way in which shes applying force and suction with her tongue, it could be the chin tuck and the pressure it causes on the bones of the face.

Another possibility im thinking about is that gravity would work on the face in different ways depending on your head posture and having a low, tucked chin would perhaps create a more tilted clockwise forwards maxilla with a longer nose, bigger eyes, more forwards cheekbones and less of a sharp angle between the forhead and the nose.

The reason im thinking alot about the effect of posture is because i think its interesting that men often hold their chin higher and women more low, and all the characteristics of a maxilla "rotated" forwards that i imagine seem more feminie to me and the characteristics of a maxilla more tilted inwards seem more masculine. I have a pretty feminine face even though my maxilla seem to be more rotated inwards, hypothetically because of alot of teeth clenching during the night, so of course hormones and genetics also play a part. But it would look more feminine and better if the maxilla was more tilted outwards i think.

Both men and women with shorter and wider faces are percieved to be more dominant and men with shorter and wider faces are more agressive and untrustworty in general. They also have, in general, more tesosterone than men with longer, more narrow faces. But it could also be the clenching of the teeth and head posture playing a part along with testosterone, maybe its completely the clenching of the teeth and testosterone just makes that happen more. Maybe repressed anger, stress and negative emotions also cause clenching of the teeth and men with broader faces are untrustworty for that reason rather than testosterone, or both. I think this area of how function alters form should definitly combine with the reasearch about shape of face and behaviour.

I just wanted to add that i have had a habit of keeping my chin high and head tilted a little bit backwards. I have tension in my back, shoulders a neck that causes pain which causes me to contract even more and my head posture is probably tied to that negative spiral of tension.

But the past two weeks or so i have practiced the chin tuck, straighting out my neck and keeping my chin down.
