Hello all,
Do any of you have (at least) mild nasal congestion? Every time some phlegm builds up in the back of my mouth, way up top, and I pull it "down", into my mouth, so to speak, I seem to only be able to dislodge this very uncomfortable feeling using my tongue to make negative suction in the back of my mouth. Is there another way? Would nasal irrigation make a difference? I cannot stand feeling it back up there, but when I pull it down, I can often feel that I'm moving my maxilla.
Yes, I'm still convinced I can move my bones around that fast. I don't know why. Just now, I looked in the mirror when I did that ^ movement with my tongue and I could see my lower eyelids move to reveal a slight area of sclera that wasn't visible before, and my eyes suddenly watered hugely, enough to make a fat tear come out one.
I guess it's possible I'm imagining or exaggerating, especially considering I recently found out I suffer from acephalic migraines, but couldn't the causation there be the other way around? Couldn't fast onset severe cranial dystrophy cause that? I have read of many decades-long migraine sufferers who were completely cured with myofunctional therapy or craniosacral therapy.
