Hi, I've been mouth breather all my life and just want to correct my posture. Is this what people consider good head posture? Is this what my posture should be like everytime? I don't have much information about this so please help me.

You should be able to draw a straight line between your ear and your shoulder. Its hard to tell if you've achieved that with the way you've taken the photo. Ideally get someone else to take a photo of you from the side and see if your alignment is correct.

Thanks I will take another pic later. But I have one question, what is the point of good head posture if it screws my jawline. When I have bad posture my jawline is pretty visible.

So it goes like this:

Bad posture - Visible jawline, more recessed chin.

Good posture - No jawline, more chin.
