Hello. I identified myself as having recessed infra orbital rims since my lower eyelids tend to sag and the convexity of my canthi has a negative vector. Is there anything I can do aside from basic mewing that would work in this instance to develop better undereye support?

Do you have scleral show?

@voltaire Will do. Thanks.

@EddieMoney Very slight, upper eye area is good unless you're looking from underneath.

Didn't realize you can have scleral show in the lower eye area region. Thought it only occured with those whom have ptosis. I do have scleral show, yea. So what do you think I can do?

Mewing will eventually help with scleral show, as will stopping practices that harm your body (adopt clean diet and lifestyle).

Beets do good things for the under eye area: they remove puffy under eye and dark circles.

It will take several months to see results.

Remember this pain... and let it activate you.

I have reduced my scleral show through tongue posture alone. Takes a while though. But for me it has only been 6 months

It seems that you have droopy eyelid issue. Well, this issue is very common in people who become aged like after crossing 40 years. But in some cases, this eyelid issue takes place very soon due to several health and medical conditions. However, you can get rid of droopy eyelids with several treatments like applying home remedies, performing facial exercises, undergoing eyelid surgery and more. But, it is better to first know in detail about droopy eyelid so that you can treat this eyelid issue perfectly after going through this blog: https://www.eyelidslift.com/blog/droopy-eyelids

I'm really not sure that orbital rims are the full story when it comes to eye shape. I have quite thick, prominent orbital rims that sit quite high near my eyes, in fact I'm very prominent in the whole cheekbone/zygos area including the rims, and my eyes have some rounding on the outer edges, and a little sclera show if I tilt even slightly upwards. My orbitals project forward, almost like a shelf (I have deep set eyes). My eyes shape has remained the same since I was a kid. As I understand it, having upper midface bone structure which doesn't project very well results in premature sagging of the eyelid with age, but I'm not sure on how much it influences the eye shape in general. You will see, for instance, people who have quite narrow almond shaped eyes, who nonetheless have poor midface projection and eye support.

Could be a recessed maxilla?!  Dr. Derek Mahony has a video on this...  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CAsBdrZmFmk. He talks about eyes. I moved my maxilla forward and my under eyes look better.

Do you use prescription glasses? Do you have myopia and/or astigmatism?
