Hes great he knows about mike mew i just always heard braces misalign your teeth. but i guess its after my jaw gets aligned so i guess it would just straighten them
I'd shave down the saggital if you go with it. You can also have the lab tech put wax in the bottom so that when the saggital expands the teeth that the palate has space to drop.
im expnading the saggital
Are you shaving down where it touches your palate? I did that with a white chocolate kit kat bar... totally worked! I had been up at Walgreens the night before the follow-up. Too late to order this denture spray off Amazon:

Wasn't sure my ortho would be cool with a white chocolate kit kat bar in his office! Had planned to bring this can for him as a gift since he does saggital fairly often. Anyway... the appt was in the closed room, thank goodness. He wasn't interested in shaving it down with kit kat bar... but his awesome assiatant woman (most don't delegate authority as well as this ortho) was game. :-) A few back and forths and perfection! Sometimes going off feel works, but actually using this method is best. Feel is tricky, as the palate isn't as sensitive as the teeth. Ex.... pressure on left teeth may actually be that the right side of the palate needs to be shaved a bit more. They also had a spin wheel and all the good buffing equipment. Would probably do at home... if I didn't think it'd break it.
The place that needed rounding was in the far-back middle portion next to palate.
Yeah - I get tired of hearing the fake marketing.
Truth: orthotropic appliances /headgear are orthodontics.
Truth: Vivos/functional appliances are orthodontics
Truth: Bill Dickerson says that braces are bad... then goes on and uses them. LOL
I'm going to count anything unnatural against the teeth as orthodontics...
