Is it normal to experience some type of soreness right where the chin meets the neck when mewing? It's something I've been experiencing on and off and in varying intensity levels as well.
All kinds of soreness is normal, and in a way even desirable, as it paves way for improvement. If you are doing something that the body doesn't like, you will know. The pain will be distinct and hard to ignore. Mere uncomfortable sensations are fine.
