I can do the rolling motion with back part of my tongue but i cant get the saliva collected under the tongue on top without buccinators

And the worst thing is i was able to do cheesy swallow for first time a few days ago after trying for months.

But i cant do it again.

Ive seen all videos uploaded by mew.

What should i do?

I'm in a similar circumstance. I have all of my swallow down except I have to suck the saliva onto the tip of my tongue before I do the wave motion.
