At 16 you should be able to make a lot of progress if you're committed to the method. Mewing may be able to give you these model eyes if that's in the cards for you. I can tell you my eyes don't droop at the bottom any more (common with CFD) and at your age I believe you'll be able to see good results if you're committed. Make sure your posture is good, too.

Remember this pain... and let it activate you.

"Model eyes" possess a number of unrelated traits. Ideally you want neutral orbital vectors, a neutral/positive canthal tilt, zero scleral show, minimal upper eyelid exposure, and large limbic rings. Many models and otherwise attractive men have what are called "hunter eyes" -- deep set eyes with eyelid hooding. I think this trait is somewhat less universally desirable in women, though.

Mewing, facepulling (discretionary), and other othrotropic techniques can improve *some* of these features by bringing the maxilla up + forward. With time, it should be possible to eliminate or at least improve a negative canthal tilt/orbital vectors and scleral show. Everything pertaining to the eyelid requires cosmetic work so far as I know.

of course, these are all generalities and may not apply depending your exact craniofacial anatomy

So youre saying evrything is posible but not the eyelid area the hooded eyelid look maybe the one of the important areas in atractive eye so i think we should discus this eyelid area with other users i am wondering what they say about this

Perhaps the surrounding muscles can be targeted to manipulate the appearance of these tissues, but I think that is beyond the scope of the type of work that is done on this forum.

It's definitely something I'd like to research and experiment with more

Models themselves are known to permasquint as they have been taught to really use techniques to enhance how photogenic they are.

The way I see it i haven't seen anyone with good bone development have a bad eye area . Has anyone here seen it?

Honestly idk what to tell you.. I mean you can try practicing squinting but if you don't do it right or do it too much you might end up with wrinkles. There is perhaps a chance that if your maxilla is well developed your muscles engage more and your orbits are far out thus making your eyes appear more "model-like". Plus, you can't really influence how much of a hooded eye you possess. For example, my eyes are quite big (they don't have good enough support) due to vertical growth. But, my forehead is by nature very prominent (my skull is long) and even tho my maxilla isn't properly out etc, my forehead gives the illusion of hooded eyes when I permasquint. Gotta thank Tyra Banks for a lesson in smizing lol.

My eyes have hooding above due to my brow bone, fatty deposits, and very limited upper eyelid exposure. But I have a vertically grown face. So while my upper eye area is good, my lower eyes have a bit of scleral show so when I make exagerrated and open eyed expressions I look bug eyed.

My eye support has definitely increased however. My eyes appear more pushed back into my skull as my eyelashes used to almost pass my nose. But now they are behind my nasion a good amount.

What helps me is my eyes are small naturally so the lack of lower support doesn't wreak havoc on my face as much.

Building the muscle in this area does help, I think. Haven't done this in a while because I want to see just the effects of Mewing lately, but I'll pinch the corners of my eyes and blink x20, then pinch the eyelid skin (the crease part) above the iris and blink x20 daily. It's basically blinking with resistance. The pinching encourages the skin to thicken and you build the muscle up as well with resistance blinking. I noticed less "bug eye" look doing this. Mewing helps the most with that in the long-run, but if you want some results faster and really want to push this sort of look, you might appreciate additional approaches.

Some other things I've done for the eye area that helped me:

  • Rubbing technique
  • Eye lymph drainage
  • Tapping around the eye
  • Avoid putting heavy oils and creams on the eyelid and under eye area, this promotes sagging. Aloe vera can help firm skin

"Squinching" inventor seems to speak our language.

Lastly, beets are excellent for improving eye appearance.

I have seen people with great eye areas lose their aesthetics with severe weight loss. I think as long as your fat levels don't reach dangerous levels you should be ok. Fat around the eye area is one of those situations where fat isn't detrimental to appearance.

If a mirror doesn't show your real face, neither does a phone camera that narrows everything. Even models look bad under a cell phone camera . A mirror is as close to real as it gets.
