Hey guys. I'm having a few issues with mewing. Really hoping you can help.

1. Sleep- The worst issue is sleep. For some reason at night, I'm subconsciously mewing, but doing it totally wrong. I wake up like 10x a night with the tip of my tongue pressing hard against the back of my front left tooth. It has slightly changed position already. Not sure how to fix this problem. Obviously, you can see this can't continue...but I don't know how to tackle it. It's like my tongue is too large? It's concerning to me. Sometimes it's also pressing hard just behind both teeth on the palette, which is also incorrect. Trying not to screw up my face and teeth!

2. Tongue position and pressure- where should the pressure of the tongue be centered? If I press on the back (soft palate), very little pressure goes to the middle or front of the tongue. In other words, the pressure 'direction' of the tongue doesn't go forward and up, it just goes up from the back portion of the tongue. I can actually feel this pressure on my face though, mostly at the bridge of the nose...almost 24/7. Sometimes the pressure produces headaches.

3. Swallowing- When I swallow, should I be pressing the middle of the tongue to the roof of the mouth? I can swallow by pressing the back thirds of the tongue to the roof of the mouth, or I can do middle tongue.

Thank you! I appreciate any help you can give :)
