Good day and I wish you all a great 2019!

I am interested in mewing for quite a time, tried to implement it and try to get results (This was in a timespan of 1.5 years, on and off though). Unfortunaly, I rarely seen them . I have been to 2 orthodontist practices, where I got the same answer twice for my situation, surgery. Knowing the arguments both pro and con, I wish not to have surgery.  Regrettably there are no practices like those of Mr. Mew in the Netherlands, although he is in the vicinity along with a practice in Germany (Found it on this forum ; https://www.zahnarzt-aesthetik.de/en/ ). In the meantime, since this forum seems to know alot about the subject, I would like the oppurtunity to ask for some more information concerning my situation, which is ;

-Deep bite, a Class 2 Division 2. /= -No orthodontic past. /= -All wisdom teeth

-Both upper and lower intermolar width 35/36mm.

-Although my lower jaw being retruted due my bite, my mandible still has the same length compared to the average side profile and sits compared to my forehead at an average position.

(Even when I have my teeth together and my head not tilting, which I rarely do, focusing on having my ear neutral position). The fact is that it still looks imbalanced due to my upper jaw being more forward, I have no idea if my maxilla is forward as well. I do have a bit of space behind my upper wisdom teeth though.

-Minor crowding at lower dental arch and protrusion at lower incissors (Although not touching upper gums).

Since I have a deep bite I mostly jut my jaw slightly, mostly that my incisors both meet, however, how should I mew in such situation?

I try to have my tongue on my hard and soft palate, with my teeth not touching (my incisors sometimes), while I jut occasionally. Tongue chewing, gum chewing. Always breathing through my nose, never have been through my mouth.

What else can I do, how should I do that with my situation, is orthotropics possible, if I were to contact Mew or the German practice what should I tell, ask. Perhaps someone knows about other practices near the Netherlands?

Thank you for reading it through and perhaps having some information for me,

~Interested

You know I would like to help answer your questions but I am not sure I understand your condition. Can you post some pictures of your teeth?
