Seems to me like its a good way to go because it allows the palate to be expanded while also practicing proper oral posture. Does anyone have experience?
Not personal, but all my research pointed to it being the best option for people interested in mewing. I ultimately chose braces plus an acrylic expander over it because it's not available where I reside and I don't think it's effective in changing teeth angulation and closing gaps between teeth.
