Where should you feel pressure? Am I mewing correctly?

I’ve been mewing for about 2 years, no significant results, but I think there are some good results with posture but that’s about it. I haven’t seen any major changes in the mandible or lower third/chin area. I’ve been following the guide that is on the home page of the site. My biggest concern is that I may be mewing incorrectly since I can’t feel pressure where others normally do. Ever since I started mewing, I’ve only been able to feel pressure on the roof of my mouth. Whereas others feel pressure in the upper areas of the face like the cheekbones and brow area. I chin tuck whenever I can when I mew, tongue suction and always focus on putting my back end of my tongue up. Is this normal for different people to feel pressure in different parts of their face?

Don’t know if it will add any valid info, but I am an Asian male so naturally I have a flatter face and more recessed face structure.

Big thanks.

Could be that you don't have that far left to go... I don't feel anything in my cheekbones either.

Sensations of pressure don't signify much, but since you have neither felt pressure nor seen improvements in the past two years, the force with which you have been supporting the palate may not have been enough. The tongue should be strong enough to be able to bear some of the weight of the head. If you haven't been tongue chewing, now would be a good time to begin.

“bear some of the weight of the head” ... what does that mean?

I don't think anyone knows where are you supposed to feel pressure. But I'm of the assumption that if you're feeling something, you're probably producing changes. Whether negative or positive, can't be sure.

I feel all kinds of forces upwards from my palate. I feel vibrations in my cheekbones, and also a bit of an intra-cranian pressure, even on the forehead.

Well this isn’t the first or last time I’ve heard someone say feeling pressure in their forehead and cheekbones, so I always feel like somethings wrong. How has your progress been?

It means that the tongue should participate in supporting the head and keeping it upright.
