Hello Everyone, 

I am 22 years old and will be 23 a month. I am trying to do mewing for last 2 months, I am not sure I am doing it proper way or not but I am trying to keep my tongue on the roof of my mouth. I have asymmetrical face, right side of my face is smaller and underdeveloped than left side. My eyes and eyebrows are also uneven. Few days ago I took dental pictures to know about my dental arch position and I realized my upper right side arch is not so well aligned. I know ALF treatment would be best option for this but here in my country there is no ALF treatment option. So, I think palate expander can help me to fix my asymmetrical palate little bit. Also, I think I also have overbite problem. I attached my dental photos, Dental cast photo and recent opg xray. Kindly anyone could suggest me what kind of palate expander would suits best for my problem. And since I have overbite, do u think lower palate expander would be a good option? Sorry for my fat ugly  root filling under the one crown on my upper right first molar. I find one dentist who can fix this; I will visit his clinic after few months.
