Hello.
I have crooked teeth and particularly there are two teeth on the upper side that get almost completely under the lower side when I close my mouth. Like this pic but worse.
I was wondering if mewing would make things worse or would simply be ineffective because my lower teeth would block my upper jaw from moving forward.
Do you have a side-profile shot? There are many different aspects to Mewing. When broken down into their constituant parts, various aspects are not good for certain people. In an underbite situation, the best thing to do is to get some free consults from orthodontists. Keeping your teeth together will drive the mandible forward. That is something you don't want to do.
