Would invisalign in conjunction with hard-mewing and mastic-gum chewing be more beneficial than doing one procedure alone?

I have a class 1 malocclusion and my main problem is my first 4 teeth on top and bottom are kind of concave, meaning the place where my midline is, the two incisors touch and form a slight V shape. I get the urge to push my teeth forward with my tongue and maybe that would do something, but I worry it would just cause them to flare out instead. I'm 20 years old.

I've had 2 invisalign consults and one practiced dentalfacial ortho (is this similar to orthotropics?) he mentioned doing IPR on my teeth. First ortho was very thorough and looked at xrays, second is very renowned and is part of a very prestigious ortho guild but he didn't take x-rays and literally looked at my teeth for 30 seconds before giving me my quote. He said I had a class 3 bite and proganthism which didn't make sense because the first ortho said I had a class 1 bite. Also looking at my own teeth, I clearly don't have an underbite nor does my jaw protrude out. So he confused me...

With traditional braces, chewing gum is obviously a bad idea, but what about with removable braces such as invisalign? Would it be safe to chew mastic gum for 2-3 hours daily when I remove the invisalign then put it back in?

Anyway...I wanted to combine invisalign with hard-mewing and gum chewing, I literally discovered Mew's philosophy last week and started his method 2 days ago when my gum came in. Should I delay off the invisalign treatment and maybe do Mew's methods for like 6 months and then get invisalign? I was wondering if I could combine it? With the added pressure from the invisalign I would imagine my maxilla to be more prone to movement, but I'm not really sure.

Are you getting Invisalign over all the teeth?  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dPlse4UoMLQ This is about retainers but maybe it can help you with your decision.

My orthodontist actually advised me last week to start chewing gum, to help speed up the process of fixing the occlusion. I was rather surprised, because I've always understood that chewing gum and braces are a bad idea, but he told me this was a myth. I've been chewing gum since, and have had no problems at all.

Was pretty cool to hear him explain how proper hard chewing is important for occlusion, everything he told was in line with orthotropics and what we're discussing here.
