I’ve recently came to the conclusion that if you want to have an increase in expension there is no good tongue posture at all, you have to always making move your tongue through your mouth and finding the new good spot to push up or back. I dont know if someone had ever felt the same but I wanted to share my experience.

Yes, it's normal to optimize your tongue posture as your bones move around and morph.

That's basically the ALF and osteopathic philosophy, but if you keep swallowing incorrectly (ie. with a tongue thrust), your maxilla will continue to sag.

Hi,

maybe a get what you mean. I keep "stroking" the palate with the tongue. I don't just glue it in the same position forever

What I mean is that your tongue always have to move to find the good pressure spot to push on your maxilla. Its like dynamic tongue posture, you raise the force on the spot for one day or two (or even hours) and then when you dont feel any pressure you find the new spot to push it can be the soft palate, the incisive papilla, the ridge or the hard palate. I think its the most effective way to change your maxilla. But again that’s just my theory based on my experience, a simple suction hold doesn’t work that much for me.
