Dear Forum,
I have known of Dr Mike Mew and his father for a couple of years now and I have been playing around with acrylic and expansion screws on and off since. I haven’t got all the necessary equipment yet, such as pressure pot for setting acrylic.
Does anyone else have experience with it all? I will be making new casts and attempting to send to a dental lab to have them made, I think it easier. In that case, does anyone know a good laboratory to send them to? I am in Australia but WW is surely possible for the right lab’.

Are you trying to make your own expansion plate?? You also say you're having a lab make one? i'm confused.
