I'm 15 years old and I started mewing about 5 months ago, despite having good results, I'm still not sure I have a correct body / neck posture.
I have read that it is essential for maximum results and in particular in this post ( /community/community/main-forum/hey-guys-mewing-doesnt-work-sarcasm-age -15-21-before-after-itt /) is mentioned that by adopting a perfect posture one should begin to feel assymetries all along the body and correct them.                                               on the internet I found very little information about it, how do I know if my body posture is correct, and consequently also that of the tongue?

(Sorry for bad english, is not my first language)

If you put your back against a wall, and your head is touching it when you are standing, you probably have a good posture.

If not you can find some exercices on internet.

It's very hard to fix because many muscles are tight but some aren't, like the back for example(in kyphosis and lordosis cases). It isn't just the neck that is affected, the body is one massive kinetic chain and when something fails many parts of the body must compensate for it's failure. It annoys me how Mike Mew thinks just shoving the head back is the solution but it's not that simple, it's very hard. Here is a picture of the most common postural deviations, if you find yours just type it into Youtube and you'll get a more complex guide to fixing the problem at it's core.
