Seriously. I’ve been mewing for half a year now and haven’t seen any results. Went into for a myo consultation turns out I have posterior third tongue tie, getting it removed in January. Wished I done this months earlier.
If you sound like you’ve been in a familiar posistion like I’ve been in I advise you to book a session with a myo ASAP. Otherwise you may be waisting your time.

In my myo's office. Its a very simple procedure to remove it, they just put a laser in your mouth to loosen the frenulum. Search up frenectomy if you're interested

No idea... I thought i was fine for the longest time, turns out I wasn't... Ill ask my myo the next time I go
I have one as well but i havent heard from anyone if removing the tongue tie has improved mewing. let us know.
