Which approach would you use and why?

Forgive me if I'm missing something, but you're asking which one of the top choices do we consider to be the correct one, and what approach would we use to fix the tilt? Or you're asking which one do we think we have, and what are our approaches?

I'm having a series of chiropractic adjustments, scoliosis mapping, and endonasal release to do this very thing. The chiropractor says it'll take around two to three months of sessions and at-home work to correct, but he has full confidence he can fix my scoliosis and significantly improve balance in my face. Hopefully untwisting my body, releasing my skull, and then proper muscle activation and posture will build the muscles correctly after that. But I start this week, and only time will tell. My first session was such a huge improvement, I'm willing to believe him on the timing.

EDIT: It's also hard to gauge from the two choices, as my own skull is a mixture of the two. In a lot of ways, I'm #1. My occlusional cant and recessed left side of my maxilla brings my left ramus up and back, but the end result looks like #2 - where my eyes are level but my jaw looks imbalanced.

well some logic would be that the brain always stabilizes the eye levels and balance mechanizms in the ears, so id say the right one is more near the truth, altho it is probably always something in between... + neck compensations are a big part of this

Well, my asymmetry is the one on the right, not the left one with torticollis. Any ideas how to get from there to the picture on the bottom...

Remember this pain... and let it activate you.

@sclera. Have you got any update if any of what you did improved your facial assymetry??

Hi @Katie -- No update with dramatic results. My main focus these past 18 months or so has been body posture all on my own, which is much improved. My tongue posture has become deeper as a result and I'm still diligent about it, but...honestly I'm not nearly as intense about it all as I used to be.

I was getting exhausted by the constant measurements and observations. It was too stressful for questionable data. Anyone could easily write off anything I would consider improvement. If we're talking aesthetics, I haven't seen anything significant in the recent months. But I still stand by my opinion that I look much better than I did before I started mewing. And I still think it most likely all has to do with improved musculature rather than bone change.

Maybe I've reached as far as I can go without surgery? No idea. But I'm not too worried about it anymore. It's not my full potential, but meh! I like what I see when I look in the mirror and I couldn't say that three years ago.

EDIT: In re-reading this thread, I do have an update since April 2018 in direct relation to my above post. My scoliosis is almost unnoticeable now from the chiropractic adjustments, I still have a lot of asymmetry and muscle strengthening/stretching to work on for body posture because I am lazy. Endonasal release was a remarkable experience and I wish I could do more of it, but it is risky. I remembering writing in detail about my experiences back then, but you'd have to look through my past posts. I do think it made a difference, but--again--no dramatic aesthetic results. Was it worth it to me? Yes, it was.

@sclera I didn’t think you were going to reply ahah but thanks for doing so and I mean you witnessed some form of change which is better than nothing and yeah I have done my research in mewing and it has a lot of benefits on improving facial assymetry and I have just recently discovered this YouTube channel- https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLvWfVMMPOT3QbGjM10DZmoq29jopJxh4w which maybe you could look at if you want:)
