I have a tmj for at least 2 years and my right side of my face upper than the other side. Is it because of my tmj? İf it is how can i fix it?

I guess so, not chewing hard foods leads to a improperly grown face. Watch some YT tutorials. TMJ often appears in one side of the face.

It's not that TMJ causes asymmetry but that asymmetry causes TMJ.
