Anyone had any experience with this?

Initially I had very high hopes for the DNA appliance and other appliances such as the Homeoblock, but after a bit of research, they might be getting a bit too much credit for what they provide.

First off,

I have quoted this from the link you provided, 'The Vivos DNA appliance is a FDA registered Biomimetic (mimicking nature) oral appliance, which harnesses the body’s natural ability for self-correction through gene environmental interactions by using developmental mechanisms that are encoded at the level of the human genome.'

They mention developmental mechanisms that are 'encoded at the level of the human genome', implying that their appliance can somehow switch on developmental signals that were lost during incorrect maxillary development. This however seems a bit farfetched when you look at the DNA/Homeo-block appliances, they are merely acrylic expanders. ANY form of maxillary developmental through these expanders are through gentle pressure to the soft tissue of your palate, causing physiological changes, i.e Pressure against the bone, causes the bone to widen and remodel. Mentioning that the appliance works at the 'level of the human genome' is absolutely false, as all forms of expanders are able to expand the maxilla using pressure either against the teeth or the palate directly.

Secondly, the practitioners of the DNA have a very poor track record with falsifying results, I have attached a few photos below

From these images you can clearly see that although there is expansion, there is also changes in head posture. In the first case although there was an increase in inter-molar width, the woman is now tilting her head upwards in an attempt to show false forward development, complete with the measurement lines to show 'hey wow! her chin magically moved forwards!', nope. In the other two cases, they are falsifying CCW rotation of the maxilla by altering lip position, the lips are now lower placed and not in their correct positions, to mask the gummy smile.

There are many other appliances that can provide much more beneficial results than a DNA appliance, namely because there is poor sutural separation at such a slow rate of expansion. Devices and procedures such as the MSE, the RME, ALT-RAMEC, MARPE are all much better options when seeking true maxillary development.

That's a pretty big statement to make.  Do you have anything to base it on other than these photos?

I mean, let's take the example of the profile view of the woman (the one with her eyes blacked out).  Yes, she is definitely tilting her head a bit more upward in the 2nd photo, and that is adding some effect.  Part of me wonders if it's just because her posture has improved somewhat, or was it deliberate/intentional?

But ignoring that for a second, it would appear that the red lines drawn onto there were very carefully considered/placed - dropping a line parallel down the upper lip, and then how far back is the chin from that line?  If you assume this is a sound measurement protocol (I have no idea) this seems to absolutely show that the jaw is positioned more forward in the 2nd photo, clearly by several mm at least, if not perhaps a full cm.

I don't ask these questions to be combative in any way.  I only just found this forum, and I am scheduled to speak with a tmj/sleep/DNA doc next week ... so any and all input is useful!
