hey-

while mewing properly, every time I swallow my ears pop. Not crazy loud or whatever each time, but a noticeable ‘pop’ type deal every single time. Anyone know what’s up with this? Thank you!

I also get this. It gets much stronger on days when I thumb pull.

I read that this could be the Eustachian Tube (inner ear) canals moving while swallowing.
