I’d seen Martin introduce holographic breathing in his other videos, but this was a good review, and it was convenient that those pesky auditory interruptions didn’t really kick in until after the meditation section had wrapped up. For the first time I opened to the possibility that maybe I could feel a flux in my face with the breath. I’m not really sure that I follow what Martin is disputing about the cerebrospinal fluid. I’ll try to catch his Sunday webinar to get a better understanding. I also wondered how the terms “holographic breathing” and “holotropic breathing” compare. Are these techniques at all related? “Holo” means “whole.” “Graphic” refers to written or pictorial representation like a hologram. Whereas “tropic” refers to turning or changing.
@apollo Hi Apollo. holotropic and holographic breathing are different. I talk about how the name holographic breathing came into existence in this interview - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0t93wjjxmc

Thanks, your explanation of the “holographic” name is interesting and reminds me of this TGW article: /community/fractal-form-and-intelligence/
@apollo Thank you Apollo yes I guess it'll be very similar to all things holographic.
