So I have started mewing and chewing mastic gum to widen my palate and move the maxilla forward(it already fairly forward). I press my tongue hard against the palate for extended periods of time every day and try keeping proper mouth posture for all day. I am 19 and my midface leans is a bit longer than normal. Is it possible to move the maxilla up by 3-5mm over the course of 2-3 years to improve facial proportions? Should I use a face pulling appliance to assist me?
What is your intermolar width? Also your mew indicator line score?
33-34 mm intermolar width(will use expanders to reach 40mm
My mew indicator line score be is 41-42mm. However my nose tip is bulbous and I think it affects the result.

Mew indicator line scores are based on averages depending on various nose shapes and sizes. So whatever your score is, just assume there isn't anything "off" about it. After all there is no "standard" nose shape in humans.

Both very different noses but their score would be about the same when you see how far their incisors are to the tip of their nose. Neither maxilla is more forward than the other.

Ok, I plan on using my tongue with force to rotate my maxilla upwards. Hopefully I can bring it 3mm up. Do you think a facepulling appliance could help?
Yes, it is. Get le fort surgery.
30 yo, need to expand palate, move maxilla upward and forward, reduce gonial angle.
From the research ive done it seems about 1mm of advancment is achievable in about 6 months. It would then seem plausable to expect atleast 4 mms of forward growth in 3 years. Im going to start incorpoarating some form of horizontal/foward and upward facepulling, it makes sense our anscestors would've needed to tear and pull things with their mouths as mike mew has stated previously (obviously use an amount of force that won't damage your teeth). Our mouths/teeth are a tool if we start using them like one the formation will begin to support that function, seems likely anyway.

This has matched my experience. In about 6 months a 1 mm advancement
Eddie, I thought you got like 6 mm in a year? Only 1 mm in 6 months?

6mm lateral expansion for 1mm of forward advancement.

1mm of forward motion (Mew indicator line). The 6mm was palatal expansion which is sideways. That one affected more the zygos and face width.
I hear @Keengo has had good forward movement through face pulling. That dude's Mew indicator line sits at 40mm.
What was keengo's mew indicator line before he started his facepulling method? And does anyone have links to his threads?
