  • Hello everyone. I am a teenager that has been mewing for last couple months and my lower third, (chin height)  got noticeably shorter. I think this is because i kept my teeth in a too hard contact. I've seen other users get shorter lower thirds from chewing. But Is it reversible? I think so because when you google "Bruxism treatment " you notice people got some of their lower third height back

Here are the pics of people getting bruxism treatment. It seems that you can grow your lower third back. I suppose completely stopping excessive chewing/clenching /grinding over some time would do the job

yeah, this is very logical, your teeth got pushed in from the constant force. Don't worry, if you stop the clenching your front teeth will recover their normal resting position.
