At the beginning of this year Ronald Ead put up a video on youtube of a conversation with Dr Ilya Lipkin. In the video Dr Lipkin describes a proceedure that he combined with MSE which involves using a piezo knife to cut across the top of the palate before placing the MSE. He claims that since using this technique he has had 0% failure of the suture to split even in males over 25-30.
What do people think? I live in the UK and would be interested in knowing if anyone in the UK/Europe offers this proceedure alongside the MSE.
