Having your tongue pushing against the palate is all you can really do.

make sure your posture is on point since forward head posture encourages vertical growth

Hey guys, i have decent forward growth and palatal width but i have very long maxilla how can i exactly achieve upward growth and make it shorter? I have read so many theories and im confused, what is best method for my case 

What's your Mew score? Forward growth = upward growth

Forward growth doesn't necessarily means upward growth. Especially due to forward head posture.

Can't have upward growth with forward head posture though. 

Can you show me someone with good forward growth and poor upward growth? I have yet to see this IMO

This guy has it, even tho not that bad. I dont want to take photo of myself for illustration, but the idea is that your maxilla is forward yet you still got for example sleepy eyes and very long maxilla. It can happend from incorrect mewing aswell.

What exactly is good about this forward growth? His Mew indicator line looks easily above 50mm. 

Upper lip ahead of lower lip and chin =/= forward maxilla. This guy has downward growth and 0 forward growth to speak of. If the maxilla comes forward, the mandible wouldn't be so far back. That's because the forward placement would just allow the mandible to protract. Such thing is impossible in this individual.

His maxilla is clockwise rotated aka backward and not forward. A clockwise rotated maxilla comes away from the nose. A forward maxilla does not.

This is a forward maxilla:

Look how his teeth go toward his nose. If your maxilla is forward, it comes close to the nose (thus shortening the midface). If that can't happen the maxilla is not forward grown

When you say long maxilla... are you talking a high palatal vault?  That increases the midface length.  But the concepts for the face can't be broken down into 2D.  This is a 3D business.  We seriously need a photo of teeth and palate.  I could give better information with a photo.. but you can blur it if you need.

So.. I will say... the guy above has sad eyebrows.  That means his maxilla is all sloped downward.  This is the sad look.   Orthodontists often give their patients this look when they close gap teeth.  Why do these people look sad?!  Their airways a bad... so they can't sleep well.. and their mental health is bad... so they cry all the time.  They're sad, because they aren't healthy.  Then we realize what they look like and keep away.  Right?  But... he looks like he has a sense of humor.  Obviously... he did because he played up his ugly looks for the camera & this article.  This guy is funny.  You know... as a woman... a sense of humor is hot.  Just saying!

But... if you want to know how to fix it... this guy has a bent down palate.  Braces won't fix it.  That's orthodontic & you'll need orthopedic.  You'll have to widen to bring down... but you must widen orthopedically.  The only ones who I'm aware of who do that are Vivos and Sue Lee.  In this case, I'd go with something a little different.  This level of bowing (see those eyebrows!?  can you even attempt that!?  My eyebrows just don't go that way...) requires a third choice.  PM me for details.

Angry eyebrows are the opposite problem. Why is everyone not able to do anything?  I'm so on top of everything and I can rule the world!  See?  Angry eyebrows are where the palate is flatter (not highly arched in the middle).

A forward chin is where someone is like... I've got this.  I will run circles around you all day... this is easy!  Notice that all witches have forward chins... oh... their insane energy.  Guys are attractive with forward chins.  Girls not as much, but still somewhat.
