It depends what caused the deviation. If it's caused by a fall surgeons can realign the cartilage easily to a good degree. If it's caused by a deep palate vault or bone asymmetry the bone needs to be corrected via remodeling or surgery before the cartilage can be corrected. If you ever seen cosmetic surgeons using a hammer on a patient while performing a rhinoplasty, that's exactly what they are doing.
