In the new video Mike Mew talked about mewing getting harder at around 25 years old does any one have more info or theories why?
Also bonus topic mike mew has great posture but is balding yet his father has bad posture but a full head of hair so there goes the bro science
It seems to be a common misconception that mike mew has good development and good posture but that's not true. Yes, he has very developed masseters and above average maxillary and palatal development but it's not as good as people make it out to be. He has visible crowding on his lower teeth and most likely doesn't maintain perfect posture 24/7. Of course, in videos, he's going to try to look as good as possible and posture himself correctly but that doesn't mean he actually postures himself like that 24/7.

Look even he doesn't have perfect posture; that doesn't mean he doesn't give good advice but he isn't exactly a model for very good development. Addressing the balding topic a lot of people like to address an issue to just one thing but balding is more complicated than that. It's not just this or that but there's genetic factors, diet factors, stress factors, childhood factors, etc. that can contribute to balding. Finally, addressing the 25 years old comment, there are several things he's most likely talking about: bone remodeling slows down as you get older and habits are harder to change. At 25 your brain isn't as malleable as it was as a child or even a teenager, habits you develop over the years are harder to change. Furthermore, at 25 you are at peak or near peak physical development and won't change much as you get older. That doesn't mean you can't change, only that you're growing so to speak has stopped, things like HGH which contribute the malleability of children's bones are in fewer quantities. You also can't take advantage of the natural growth of the face/jaw bones. As a child and even a teenager, your jaw and face grow and it only takes some effort to direct it into the right path. This is why it's advised to start fixing these sorts of issues very early as things like the maxilla and mandible are still growing and you can fix bad habits relatively easy.
Bruh I have learnt to tune out a lot of what dat man say. He is a marketer. He means well and is a revolutionary in his own right but not everything he says is true. Take everything with a grain of salt even if it comes from a guru.
