Subtle little changes maybe. Nothing scientific. Gotta do those new pics from Mew’s recommendations - but since his once angle is what we got here we go lol:

Let me know what you think! (My face looks swollen ish which is weird because I’ve lost weight and fat - trying to get muscle!) but my face is so sore the last few weeks from changing my tongue position so... idk!

Also ive still got undercircles, just better makeup at covering them

What is your intermolar width now and previously?"

Subtle but totally noticeable.

How has mewing while sleeping been for you?

Just checking -  are the dates right? Or did you mean Jan 2017 to Feb 2018?

I see lots of tiny changes that have made a huge difference! Your philtrum even looks shorter, and it looks like your lips have changed shape a bit.

I'm noticing the swollen face with myself, too, especially with an even deeper tongue posture (it's like a game, trying to reach my uvula while also keeping the tip of my tongue at the spot). I think it's a combination of improved body posture and my skin and muscles dealing with the new position and how to adjust, as well as just activity going on with the mewing and the chewing.

Looks like your symmetry is starting to improve, even since the November picture. Forehead looks like its getting shorter... maybe your face is unmelting itself. And your face doesn't look too swollen to me, but it does look a little wider and healthier looking.

edit: I just saw in another thread that your molar width is 31 mm. Mine is similar and I am going to expand soon using a removable expander. I'll make a post if it goes well, I'm surprised you haven't started to do the same yet.

I remember reading a while ago about people getting chipmunk face from too much chewing. Maybe that's your issue? If so the solution is to do open mouth chewing. It keeps your masseters from overworking and getting swollen. My face was getting more round and swollen when I first started mewing and chewing until I made the change to open mouth chewing. Now my face is more angular than before and I have developed hollow cheeks.

I also started doing something else at the exact same time where I clench my teeth together before the push swallow. I'm not sure if that contributed to my positive changes or not, I'll probably ask Mew about it in the upcoming Q&A thread.

Yes, only open-mouth chewing when it's with gum, and I'm noticing the difference in my cheeks, and I'm seeing more and more definition around the ramus! I only chew for about an hour every day. I think my case might be different from Yay's, as I'm also battling face melt from terrible forward head posture. My jaw and chin are looking much rounder from the correction as my craning neck was what was keeping the skin taut, despite being very slim. And my mouth has completely changed shape with mewing, and different muscles are being activated. I have no doubt that it will strengthen and tighten up over time, but right now it's in an awkward transitionary phase.

I think the only change is that your head is tilted back. It may make you look worse, but having a good posture (chin tuck) is what is going to cement proper tounge posture and encourage actual forwards change

Her face has changed in a way what a simple head tilt would not achieve. Look at both the proportions and individual facial features. Her brow has swung down and jaws have swung up. Mandible has widened and the base of her nasal/orbital area is about to pop out and connect to the cheekbones. Even her symmetry has become less noticeable. It's difficult to verify from frontal POV, but to me everything that has changed implies that her face has become less convex and more concave. See if you agree:

I see small improvements in various areas. Not sure if it's lighting but it's like the nasal labial folds have significantly reduced (they were already quite good), your eye area looks much better and you have an overall fuller-face effect... this will all be so helpful as you get older. Good work!

Thank you for this chewing information. I plan to start chewing and had planned to do open-mouth chewing as I read on another forum that this might help with reducing philtrum length. It makes sense because the movement of open-mouth chewing seems quite similar to a face exercise I do that's intended to reduce philtrum length. Just curious, would you say this open-mouth chewing has had a poor effect on the nasal labial folds? And did it perhaps help with philtrum length? I get that everyone is different but have some goals in mind and hope to get some more thoughts on this open-mouth chewing and the results others have gotten (especially concerning philtrum length and possible effect on the nasal labial folds).

Remember this pain... and let it activate you.

Here’s all the head tilts to try and match angles (I use my nostrils as the way with their openings lol):

Hope this helps!

My 2 cents; I've never had an issue with philitrum length so I can't comment there, but my NL folds actually disappeared after I started open-mouth chewing. My guess is that they come from having cheeks that are too puffy and too muscular. I started to develop them slightly when I was closed mouth chewing chios all day long, but after I stopped that habit they began to go away.

I've seen your other progress pics and being honest, couldn't see any difference whatsoever.

But these two pictures show a huge change, and for the better! Your face genuinely seems to have come up and forward.

Your jaw/cheekbones are obviously wider, your chin is a tiny bit more prominent and defined, and your lips are ever so slightly fuller

But it's your eyes where the change is most obvious, they seem better supported which is most obviously seen in the distance between your iris and the bottom eyelid.

Well done!

I think you mentioned in a previous post that you have a 31mm inter-molar width. This makes posturing the tongue challenging. Have you looked into expanding your dental arch a little with the help of braces? Self ligating braces such as Damon can possibly help you expand few mm. Just enough to make posturing your tongue more practical.

I have experience the swollen face, overall when I get kind of obssesed, sometimes I just like to indulge in obssesively pushing hard for a couple of hours, also training the muscle tone of tongue and lips, and doing multiple swallowings one after the other until I cannot do more..  You are certainly making changes, good work!
