Looks like your palate is canted to the left slightly. Seems like your right side is further forward than your left, and your left drops down more.
@progress do you think that means I have scoliosis? Is it possible to fix Tilted Maxilla?
@sinned when I was 10 I lost my babyteeth molars and started chewing on my right side. So that might be why my right side is higher
@harrykanemaxilla yes this may be the reason why however you have not shown any improvement in chewing in the hundreds of times i have seen you irl

Not necessarily, though it would not be hard for such an imbalance to cause scoliosis. As for fixing it, I don't know, but I'd like to believe so. Tilted maxilla is possibly a symptom of skull-wide asymmetry. The base of the skull forms a structure called spheno-occipital synchondorosis, which can twist like a corkscrew, with the occipital bone tilting to one way and the sphenoid/maxilla to another. So finding a way to balance the skull along this axis would probably be of prime importance.
You're pretty symmetrical, slight head tilt is normal. As for scoliosis, why not just make a picture of your back?
By the way I have way worse head tilt than you and no scoliosis. There's no other way if you use keyboard with one hand and mouse with the other.
@archnemesis I am going to be increasing my chewing routine a lot more and will post results.
@progress seems pretty complicated and will take a lot of focus to make sure my skull is balanced all the time but I’ll do it.
@auxiliary ill post a back photo soon for the forum to examine
It looks like you have a similar issue that I do - only in reverse. Your right side (left in the picture) looks slightly more forward and developed than the left. The left arch could do with coming out and forward very slightly to match your right side. Though my asymmetry was a result of poor orthodontics. Have you had orthodontics?
Yes I have had orthodontics without extractions luckily. I feel like they made my maxilla much more Clockwise Rotated and pushed my mandible back.

No way to tell from that kind of back picture, the camera needs to be at shoulder level and in the middle of the back, not to the side of it. From the picture you posted, it doesn't look like anything that could be called a clinical scoliosis, there are some imbalances but they're mild and very prevalent in the modern population. And just a guess, but maybe one of your legs is longer than the other.
I will take a better back photo later. I will work on fixing those imbalances though. What ones can you see?

Left shoulder higher, right hip higher, head slightly tilted to the left.
