if the back of the tongue goes sideways and up against palate, this happens everytime, even with teeth apart. Almost everytime I swallow this happnes, I assume its ok? Dr mew says face muscles shouldn't move
I noticed this when singing many years ago. The inner masseter muscle contracts to balance out the force of the tongue even if the mandible remains stationary.
Are you sure you're not tensing the muscle that brings the jaw downwards as well?
