How are you measuring? From cusp to cusp?
I am not sure if averages matter, but a reasonable ICW to me would be something in the high 30s / low 40s.
@limebike from the inside of the each tooth. My IMW is 35mm and ICW is 28mm

34 IMW, if I remember correctly.
Healthy is in the 40s.

@thomas22 nah not IMW, I’m wondering what the average ICW (inter-canine width) is?
28mm is very narrow, about 36mm is mean. Also don't use averages, use mean values, they represent normal better. I believe my ICW is 36-38mm right now after all the expansion from mewing.
