could this be from my wisdom teeth coming in or from the device
If it's just buccal tipping, it's probably from transverse expansion. At what rate are you advancing the transverse screw, and how far along are you? If you are also turning a sagittal screw or screws it will put a backward force on the molars which could complicate the direction of tilt. Do you have professional help or are you self-treating?
