In this webinar, I will be teaching Holographic Breathing and then showing some of its many dynamics.
In this, we will be working with the tongue and the roof of the mouth and how it helps to produce the breathing motion through the face, cranium, and body.
This breathing motion is the same as the subtle movement that is felt in craniosacral therapy.
The difference here is that this motion is part of Holographic Breathing.
It is easy to feel and in line with the breath.
In the guided meditations participants will be able to experience this breathing motion and understand its physical dynamics.

This helps to align the bones of the face and cranium, especially the maxilla.

Energy work
In the meditations, we will also be working with the breathing motion through different areas of the face and cranium.
These different areas also relate to different levels of energy.
Participants will be able to experience these different levels of energy and how they also reflect through the whole body.

Spiritual work
I will also be showing how to connect with the spiritual energies, and in the meditations, participants will have the opportunity to channel and communicate with the higher self.

Holographic Breathing is an original, and organic breathwork system, that is more of a remembering than learning.

It interfaces between breathwork, bodywork, energy work, channeling, and spiritual evolution.
