I was on /fit/ the other day and someone said they where mewing while taking Growth hormones. They stated that they have had noticeable results in weeks and where really happy about mewing. Thoughts about this?
Yes GH and IGF-1 are crucial for enhanced bone growth and remodeling.
"One study found that three days into a fast, HGH levels increased by over 300%. After one week of fasting, they had increased by a massive 1,250% (18).
Other studies have found similar effects, with double or triple HGH levels after just 2–3 days of fasting (19, 20, 21).
However, continuous fasting is not sustainable in the long term. Intermittent fasting is a more popular dietary approach that limits eating to brief time periods."

Problem with growth hormone is - you don't know what you will actually grow. You can't target specific bone you wish to grow. Rich Piana reported growing bigger feet, hands, skull and also heart.
30 yo, need to expand palate, move maxilla upward and forward, reduce gonial angle.
The pianoman was also dosing multiple IU’s of GH daily (you will not he able to afford to dose this high, lol) which gave him acromegalic effects, as well as pinning exorbitant amounts of IGF-1, insulin, and multiple grams of trenbolone, etc... For decades. Not a reasonable comparison. GH by itself is very mild and won’t cause cardiac hypertrophy as it’s moreso anti-catabolic than anabolic. Rich’s cardiac hypertrophy was a result of his AAS and insulin abuse, more than likely.
Growth hormone increase during fasting means nothing. It increases to preserve lean muscle mass and for the breakdown of fat. It's a common myth that the growth hormone increase in fasting has an anabolic effect; it's understandable as growth hormone is generally anabolic but it's when that growth hormone signals the release of IGF-1 in the liver is it actually anabolic.

"We report a case of acromegaly with relatively low GH secretion in a patient with GH-secreting pituitary macroadenoma. The 44-year-old male patient presented with left temporal hemianopsia and characteristic acromegalic face, but had relatively low baseline and post-glucose GH levels. IGF-1 and IGFBP-1 were elevated."
Fasting decreases IGF-1, there is no growing during fasting.
Ah I figured a much, sorry I was too lazy to search for that myself.
