Hi, I am new here, but I have known out about mewing since around 2022. The problem was that I didn’t have a wide enough palate, so most of my work didn’t have that much progress. My IMD is 36-37 mm, and I have a 5-6 mm overbite. I jut my jaw into the correct position, and I am chewing with my incisors. I have been doing thumbpulling to expand my palate for more mewing results. I was also breastfeed until I was 3 and had a 99th percentile skull size. I might be getting braces soon with elastics (no extractions) to fix my overbite. Looking for some advice and answers to a couple questions.

Can I fix this overbite naturally?

will elastics recess my maxilla?

how do I develop my mandible?

should I jut while mewing?

Is it okay for the side of my tongue to touch the molars when mewing?

could myobrace fix my overbite?
